Q. What hours are you available for lessons? A. I am available Monday to Friday daytimes and evenings and on Saturdays mornings only. I am not available for lessons on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Q. Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends? A. No, the same rate applies whether your lesson is daytime or evening time, weekdays or Saturdays. Q. How many lessons will I need? A. Every pupil learns at a different rate and it is difficult to predict exactly how many hours are needed for an individual. Why not contact me and arrange for an assessment lesson? Q. If I need to cancel a lesson, how much notice should I give? A. You need to give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a lesson otherwise you will be required to pay a cancellation fee. Q. At which test centre will I take my test? A. There are several test centres within easy reach – Tilbury, Brentwood, Hornchurch, Basildon and Chelmsford. Q. I already have a test booked but my instructor is not available to take me, can you help? A. I may be able to help you if I am not already booked up for the time of your test but I will require you to book some time with me a few days before your test to ensure that you meet my required standard of driving. |
